Buildings
For build-to-rent operators, developers and landlords. NearStow installs and operates the lockers. Residents get somewhere for the things they still use. You do not have to run a storage counter.
Three ways to structure it. We will not quote a rate before seeing the space. There is no standard sheet of terms on this preview.

02
The rent flexes with what residents actually pay. The split is agreed per building, not copied from a brochure.
03
You can participate in the equipment itself, rather than only letting the floor. That conversation is specific to the building.
We are looking for something in the region of 100–500 sq ft, roughly 9–46 square metres. Big enough for a run of lockers. Small enough to be a room the building is not sure what to do with.
That might be a basement, a redundant amenity, back of house, storage nobody uses, or a first-floor or rear room residents can reach without crossing a loading bay.
It needs to feel like part of home, not like an industrial estate that happens to be downstairs. Residents should be able to walk to it. The site is designed to be unmanned, so access, hours and house rules are agreed with you before anything is installed.
We have not secured a site. A conversation is not a commitment. The form below is collected on the site.
Building owners & property partners
Owners, landlords, build-to-rent operators, developers and managing agents. Tell us who you are and which building you have in mind. No hub is open, and a note here is not a commitment.
Thank you. We have this note. Nothing is agreed, no site is secured, and nothing was charged.
